Job Description

Facilities Coordinator/Administrator - LS 15 - Immediate start - Contract 4 months (with extension) - £7.50p/hr

Our client is one of the largest facilities providers in the UK and they now require a strong customer focused administrator to join their account management team to deliver 1st class facilities support to their national client.

Working in prestigious buildings in LS15 you will be supporting the compliance manager in the inspection of Health and safety inspections and reporting through excel and database reporting. You will be managing the customer service process for the inspections and then reporting findings on excel and crystal.

We are looking for a strong graduate with excellent administrative and customer service experience who is competent on excel and confident in running reports and preparing them for different audiences.

This is a busy role with some autonomy so a mature attitude is essential.
