Job Description
The Works Recruitment is proud to be working in conjunction with First Direct Bank, and we are currently recruiting for a number of contract based Recruitment Advisors to assist with their ongoing recruitment campaign throughout 2010 & 2011 This position is estimated to last for 8 months and you will be working in conjunction with the existing recruitment team and also partnering with The Works Specialist Recruitment to screen candidates and carry out competency based assessments. This role is predominately telephone based and you will be expected to carry out volume interviews to an array of applicants. To succeed in this role you must have previous telephone based experience, ideally in recruitment or resourcing based environment. You will be conducting FSA approved interviews and you will be making the decision on whether to approve candidates to the next stage of the recruitment process. If you have previous resourcing / recruitment administration experience - then we would love to hear from you. Interviews will be held in August / September and you must be able to provide 5 years background history and complete a credit check.
