Job Description

My client a well established professional services organisation with modern offices based in the heart of Leeds is looking for a front of house receptionist to provide a professionla and welcoming front of house service.

You will be responsible for welcoming visitors in an efficient and courteous manner; handling all incoming calls; meeting room bookings, ensuring that the meeting room schedule is accurate and updated daily; booking external catering as and when required; logging requests for couriers and making necessary bookings; and maintaining adequate levels of stationery and re-ordering as and when necessary.

Who we're looking for:

We are looking for an exceptional receptionist with experience of working within a professional environment. The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, knowledge of switchboards, and good IT skills (including Ms Word and Excel). You will be reliable, well presented and extremely organised.

The hours of work: 8am-4.15pm
